php3 styles and mobile phone question

Why when I view the default styles on phpBB3 on my cell phone most everything looks and are arranged different. The Board Index, Change font size, FAQ, Register Login are made with an icon to the left and looks like its being made to be formatted on a cell phone. Is something sensing I'm using a cell and modfying the style? If so where can I look to modify it? Thanks a ton.

You should find a mobile style for your site that will fit in your phone's small screen.

There's no need to worry if your mobile can't cover the whole site and is being change according to its original form. It's just that the mobile phone's screen is too small to cover all the information being seen on the particular site. However, it doesn't matter if you would like to modify your cellphone to satisfy your instinct.

It's quite possible that most of the work to modify it is being done by your phone, rather than the site getting something and sending you to a different 'page' too.

Think the question is--does the devel team plan to release upgrade for phpbb support mobiles..or is it still a "no"...
