you need to replace the md5 has in the phpbb_config database table with a hash for your desired password.
the has is going to be stored in the row with the config_value "EM_password" probably on the last page of the phpbb_config listing

Can you explain specifically what do to for those of us who are not technical/developers? How do I access the database? How do I find the write code to change? And how specifically do I change it?
