DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

I installed EM. Later I installed a new template. Now I try and use the MOD Center and it gives me this:
Template->make_filename(): Error - file /apache/web.3xgaming.com/templates/cs/admin/mod_header.tpl does not exist
How do I fix this?

it sounds that he didnt install the tpl files correctly i suggest that you upload the file mod_header.tpl
Manually to the directory ; templates/cs/admin on your webhost and that will resolve you problem at the moment.
