If I upgrade phpBB, how do I get the mods re-installed.
And where can I make comments on amendments to mods so that they work with EasyMOD?

DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

how are you going to upgrade phpBB?
you better use code changes as a mod =) +upgrade_to_latest.php
no need to reinstall mods then.
