[YES - PRIORITY] Remove HTML tags from MOD header fields

Hi !

I suggest to remove all HTML tags from the MOD header fields shown in the list of to be installed mods. I had one called "<table> fix" which screwed up the whole display.

Actually, what is should do is replace all the < with < and all the > with >
