[rejected] upload mod dir to admin/mods through browser

DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

So, while I think there will eventually be away EM being able to directly install files without having to move them on to the server, unfortunately this is out of the scope of v1.0.0. If someone codes something up I'll take a look though :P
