hi,
i'm not really sure if what i'm requesting can actually be called uninstall, but i didn't want to create a thread for something that might be included in uninstall.

so here's my request:
i'm not really looking for a global unistall option, which can remove any installed mod any time, i would rather request an undo feature, which saves backup copies of the original files that were modded during an installation until you say it can delete them. I think this would be useful, because sometimes mods install fine with EM, but don't work correctly on the board. With an undo option, there would be no risk of installing a mod. you could just install it, test it and than decide if you wanna keep it. if your tests turn out negative you could just undo your action, if it turns out positive and the mod works fine, you can "validate" the mod on your board via EM.
I hope everybody could get my point. if not, blame english not being my native language... ;)

bye, ChandlerBing

The backup files created by EM can be used, but you have to move them manually right now.

What happened to the old EasyMOD add-on - ie, the origional uninstaller? Is it still available?
