If you have phpmyadmin or a backup of your database then you can find it in the config table ..... there should be an EM_ftp_pass in there

and it is encrypted using md5 so, you will have to get a new md5 encrypted password to replace it with.

type in the password you want to use
click the button.
then copy the resulting hash and paste it into the EM ftp password field in the database.
