Yes, that looks ok to me, but like I said, I'm really not an expert on this. I think that will work fine for you though...

You might want to rethink some of those you've got in your robots.txt file there. They look kinda suspect. Stick with what you know.
Also, through google, you can create a webmaster account & monitor how/when/where/to what extent your website is indexed.
