DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

Critical errors durring install - need help bad

Is this because i dont have write access to /webspace/webapps/phpBB/httpdocs/includes ? there is no /webspace/webapps/phpBB/httpdocs/includes/sql folder and it wont let me create one, i dont have permissions.

if i try the download method i get this error:
admin_easymod.php, looking for: admin_easymod.php

Error

Could not find [templates/subSilver/admin/mod_install.tpl].
you are putting the files in the wrong place.

you should not have this:
/webspace/webapps/phpBB/httpdocs/language/lang_english]

it should be this:
/webspace/webapps/phpBB/language/lang_english]
or maybe this:
/webspace/webapps/httpdocs/phpBB/language/lang_english
phpbb does not go above the httpdocs directory, that is your web directory and everything should be in and/or below that directory.
