If the subsilver is edited in any way will Easymod install ?

Hi,

I installed Easymod a few hours ago on to 1 site.. and it worked fine no problems


then i want to install it onto another one and it wont work. I get to the "Building Post Process Actions" and click the "complete processing" button at the bottom,, it takes forever then i get an error.. Like 20 minutes or something and then i get a time out error on em_ftp.php something about line 688

the only difference is there are some changed to the look of subsilver, have a look http://thekillerslutz.com would this be stopping Easymod from installing?
