OK I really need help.
My installation seems to go smooth without any errors, but it never goes to step 5.
This is my 4th try, and it's rather annoying.

DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

find and remove all of the EM tables that are there.
( backup your database before you do this.)
then run the install again.
