DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

I have a very stupid problem in step 2 :roll:

The path to your phpBB. Something like

or just plain

What you need to do is enter in your user+pass correctly and take your best guess at the path. Then proceed to the next step. Once on the next step, click the link at the bottom that says "Debug Info". Copy and paste the contents of that debug info here and we should be able to help you ;)
