[user input] lang_easymod.php not found

Post by infamous » Wed Aug 18, 2004 12:36 pm

I messed up my forums, so I deleted the folder and the MySQL entries. I reinstalled the forums and now wen I try to reinstall EM it gives me an error

Could not find lang_easymod. file , without file setup cannot continue

Or something like that, but it DEFINETLY says lang_easymod. NOT lang_easymod.php,

and here's the killer: Lang_easymod.php is in the folder.. HELP!

[EDIT by Nuttzy: changed topic from just "Support"]

Do you have languages besides English installed? Do you use a PHP extension besides .php?

No, I only have English installed. I tried the em_versionchanger.php (put everything into my admin folder) but it didn't do anything

With a capital L? It's supposed to be lowercase.

jesse142: Do you by chance use a PHP extention other than .php (eg. did you have to rename phpBB's files in order to use the software)?
