[RFC] Improve JS post/topic approval UI

Approving a post here:

1. Go to a topic posted by a new user. There is a band informing me that the post is pending approval.

2. Click approve. I get a popup with confirmation. OK.

3. Press ok in the popup. I now get another popup giving me 3 options. This popup does not go away by itself.

What should happen instead is, the first popup should be hidden and where originally there was a notice that the post was pending approval, now should be a notice saying the post was approved.
