Are you entering the IP address correctly? It needs to be numbers separated by dots eg, xx.xx.xx.xx

There is not a MyBB to phpBB3 convertor at this time. I think someone was working on a MyBB to phpBB2 convertor. You will have to check when phpbb.com comes back up.

there wouldnt be something wrong with my install or database structure to cause that would there? There may be something wrong. I recommend that you drop the phpBB3 tables, upload an empty config.php and reinstall phpBB3. Also, reupload the SMF convertor files. They may have gotten corrupted. where...

The owner of the IP, which means the Internet Service Provider not your member, has to contact Spamhaus to have the IP removed. See Spamhaus' Listing Policies and Delisting Procedures.

Edit phpbb users table -> user_regdate field.
The field uses a Unix timestamp.

There is a MOD named Posting Template in the MODs database at phpbb.com. Unfortunately, you will have to wait for phpbb.com to be back in service to get it.
