No, there is no ban-link in the profile right now. I think this could be solved with a template edit if one know how to. There is however a link warn the user and a link to administrate user (from were you can add a ban). Might i ask what kind of a forum you have since you have the need to ban users...

Actually, there is sort of a tool for this. Though im not sure it totally covers all the users premissions, I dont think it covers custom set roles/premissions.
