No I know what COPPA stands for (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998), but why did SHS` say COPA != COPPA?

Also the new system has things like template caching, etc., which will reduce the load; this software infact probably uses less CPU than phpBB 2.0.x In general, I think phpBB 2.2 developers have put in a lot of work, more than other board developers probably, to make sure the code is optimized as it...

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had any links or knows of any resources where I can read up on how to use .htaccess scripts, because I've seen some more complicated ones that do really cool and powerful stuff, but I can't seem to find where to read about it. Personally I don't know why Microsoft did that as now patches will not be released
when they need to be.
