Re: Combine Related functionality (UI Cleanup)
FB has Help in footer, try to click on Help in header. Also try to click on that Help in Gmail header. It does not display help page. You have to click on Terms and Privacy in footer and there is a link to Help page. You are right about the Github, that was not a good example. However github has to ...

Re: Combine Related functionality (UI Cleanup)
Take a look on FB, Gmail, Github or other apps with great UI/UX. Where do they have Help / FAQ links? In top menu or in footer? phpBB is used for 14 years and it is not so difficult to use even for new users. If somebody needs Help / FAQ page I am sure they would look for it in the footer as they ar...

Re: Combine Related functionality (UI Cleanup)
1. all things which are related should be grouped under dropdown menu? Even when they are most used links in forum? Honestly, what link do you click at first when you open a forum? Is it something else than New posts and Your posts? One of the very important rule in UI/UX is not to hide important th...

Re: Combine Related functionality (UI Cleanup)
At first I was really surprised by borders, but then I saw navbar which I dont like so much. It is good to group all related stuff to one right corner, but there is a room for improvement. 1. Re: Define max-width for prosilver
Hanakin's first image is really great, second one is too light. I really like it and it reminds me first versions of prosilver from 2005 or 2006 if I remember correctly

Re: Repeating topic title in each post..
If merger topics are the only reason to display repeating topic title, then it should be shown only in merged topics. It is easy to do and makes viewtopic much simpler.

Re: Replace old icons with Modern icons
The solution is font awesome or glyphicons or something else. Replacing old images with new images is not a good idea.

Re: Login without password
MichaelC, I dont understand your point. If someone has access to my email, my whole online identity id done. He changes passwords everywhere and use my email as much as possible to benefit or harm me. If somebody has access to my email now, he can reset password, delete email about reseting password...
