Everything in the bug tracker is taken care of they are just not closing them so when they release RC1 tonight it will be a suprise

I would imagine it will be another week or two at least with 45 open bugs still remaining.

phpBB2 and a free host. Its highly unlikely you will be able to modify he code of any files on a free host.
