One problem. You will have to update your database manually. For example, with the Country Flags MOD included in the download, you'd need to throw all those lines into phpMyAdmin or something. As long as you are fine with that, then there shouldn't be any problem!

LOL! Spelling Cow has been down once in the 3 months and you installed during that one little window (I saw your post on the http://www.spellingcow.com" target="_blank forums )

You need to have subSilver installed or else EM won't installed. Once installed, EM will try to work with ALL of the styles you have installed.
