Re: phpBB 3.2.3-RC1 released
Did a test upgrade from 3.1.11 board (With 600k+ posts) to 3.2.3RC1 and everything went smooth so far.
Running more tests but database update was much better than the last time I migrate a 3.0.14 board to 3.2.0.

Not sure about the definition, but chat based should be something like Facebook private messages, which popup on every page you are browsing and you can respond to in real time.

Re: What's the Fix for PHP 7.2 Count() Issue?
Okay, but the bottom line is the same. It means that in the near future phpbb is not compatible with the latest version of php.
I also see the fix by Frank, can't it be implemented as a stopgap measure?

Re: What's the Fix for PHP 7.2 Count() Issue?
So phpbb will not support the latest php version ? That is strange considering that 3.3. is not released and not even in alpha.

Re: PHPBB3-14518 One click update - proposal for 3.3
I understand that it will only be in 3.3. My question was what is the workflow going to be when I update from 3.1/3.2? Will I use the "old" installer to migrate, and only than future updates will be one click? Or will the migration itself will also be a "one-click"? As I did an u...

Re: PHPBB3-14518 One click update - proposal for 3.3
Hi,
Any update regarding this?
Will it also work on older version - I mean if I upgrate to 3.3. will it be a one click update, or will it be only forward from 3.3?
