Re: Deleting/Reinstalling EM-installed MODs after phpbb upgrade

I recently upgraded my phpbb from version 2.0.6 to 2.0.22. EasyMod was apparently not affected and is visible on the admin panel after upgrade. I had 5 MODs installed via EM prior to the upgrade that are not working and I need to reinstall them. The EM history shows, however, that they are already ...

Re: CASH MOD!

3Di, if you disagree with Poomie's suggestion, why didn't you offer a suggestion to ilovemods of what you think might work? Why not offer something positive here??? Ilovemods, unlike 3Di, Poomie tried to help you. He is trying very hard to make a difference here, unlike most others... Ok, try this: ...

Re: i can't install

This error typically means that the path to the EM install is wrong. So what is the path to the EM install that you are using in your Browser? The path could look something like this in your browser: http://yourdomain.com/phpBB2/admin/mods/easymod/easymod_install.php http://img66.imageshack.us/img66...

Re: Help for easymod

The following path is wrong. Is this a typo or is this what you see on your FTP Server??? admin/Mods/Easymod/easymod_install.php IF this is what you see on your server, you need to rename the Mods folder to mods and the Easymod folder to easymod. Font case IS important. Then try the EM install again...

Re: Stuck @ step 3

Strange. I'm leaving for a few hours, so this will have to wait until I return home. If you want to try manually installing EM, you can do the following and see if it works: Manually Installing EM # #-----[ COPY ]------------------------------------------------ # copy easymod/em_includes/*.* to admi...

Re: Stuck @ step 3

Ok, try this. At the first step where you enter the path to your board and FTP login information, change localhost to your FTP address and change the PHP FTP Extensions setting to No. Then try the EM install again...

Re: Stuck @ step 3

Ok, if this is not a missing template problem, a little more information may help. So on the first step, set FTP Debug Mode to Yes, then continue with the install. Hopefully this will give us enough additional information to determine the cause of the problem... http://img76.imageshack.us/img76/8937...

Re: Stuck @ step 3

You really should not have deleted a template that many of your members were using. Now they won't be able to log into your forum... You just made the problem much worse. I recommend that you reinstall the alternative templates that you deleted before going any further... http://img505.imageshack.us...

Re: Stuck @ step 3

No, the problem isn't that you are using alternative templates. The problem that I'm referring to is when someone deletes a template from their FTP Server but failed to do so in their ACP Styles Admin. Since EM uses the database entries to determine which templates are installed, then if the templat...
