ACP -> Users & Groups -> User's Permissions -> Enter moderators name (I am assuming Global Moderator) -> Go to Global Moderator -> Advance Permissions Takes care of part of it. I actually made a separate group, just tagged Moderator, and setup detailed, specific, permissions for the entire group...

Not without modifications, and I cannot imagine anyone spending their time making this type of a mod. Afterall, you can always delete those 'annoying' emails.

I just did the same thing. My board is setup for Admin activate. I did a 'force reactivation' on my test account. The email to activate was sent out to the user, not the Admin (kind of odd behavior for an Admin Activate board). Then, I used the 'remind' on the Inactive accounts list. Once again, the...
