@charset "utf-8"; in every stylesheet

How about including the encoding @charset "utf-8"; at the top of every stylesheet?

I know it's not really needed, but it feels more complete that way :mrgreen:

Printing and emailing a friend about a topic are actions associated with a specific topic so how about moving those icons inside the topic tools dropdown list?

Ok someone please tell me - why is the "shiv" needed? And why a simple document.createElement("nameOfElementHere"); won't do the job?

Add Options -Indexes (in a commented line?) to the .htaccess at the root?

Re: [RFC] HTML5 Semantic Elements

Again, why use html5shiv?

Re: [RFC] HTML5 Semantic Elements

Yeah, I saw that at the w3schools site, but is it necessary? I mean what more do we need other than a simple "createElement"?

[RFC] HTML5 Semantic Elements

I searched for other RFCs before posting this, using the keywords "html5" and "semantic", but I could only find this relevant topic: Prosilver Overhaul/Modernization Most of the discussion there is from 2011 and it was even debated whether HTML5 should be used in 3.1. Someone mad...

Re: [RFC] FAQ Manager

Well you can easily add the rules to the FAQ if you wish with this change so you don't need an entirely different page for it. I like to make my websites unique and informative so I always customize the FAQ, Terms of use, Privacy Policy, BBCode guide and sometimes I write additional information pag...

Re: [RFC] Edit/Add/Remove/Move Multiple smilies

The "delete" and "move" aren't - those are very time-saving.
