AFAIK when you migrate to phpbb3 you will lose the sub forums groupings, but the forum will still be there. So you will have to reestablish the sub forums.

The only reason why I asked is because I know that you are using your own in house version, and that it appears to be based upon the current (phpbb2) forums. Let me see if I can explain. The difference is the difference between explicit (yes/no) and implicit (unset). Explicit says you will or will not have permissions to this feature any exceptions Implicit says you will not have permission to this feature unless something requires you to have those perm...

Am I the only one here who thinks that if a user is so dumb that they can not figure out the CAPTCHA is a few attempts that perhaps you don’t want them posting to your board?
This may even prevent the one post legit posters.

Granted that this is long, but if I am correct then the chances of a bot getting this right is about ~3% If you added a fourth symbols that would go down to less then ~1%
