v1.4.4 was the last v1.x stable release.

phpBB 3.0 will be released at the same time that the http://www.phpBB.com" target="_blank site comes back.
Or at the same time that Tool's new album is released.

Is it because the first user is 'guest' ? 'Anonymous' is user -1
