Re: Installing on offline server

On page two of the installation you should choose "this is a windows server and I don´t have to worry about ftp access". Port number 21, or 80 perhaps, but try first the second option and port number 21.

Re: Installing on offline server

I just installed a testboard on my computer, created the directory mods in admin and the full path I have to put into my browser to run easymod_install.php is the following: http://127.0.0.1/foro/admin/mods/easymo ... nstall.php" target="_blank

Did you try the same path?

Re: Installing on offline server

I guess you did create the folder "mods" in your "admin" folder? EasyMod files should be in admin/mods/

What program did you use to create your local server?

Re: Installing on offline server

I started working on localhost too, some time ago. Mainly to be able to practice and learn from my mistakes without messing up my liveboard. I also used EasyMod, and installed and deleted many testboards and reinstalled EasyMod many times on succesive boards. I recall how sometimes a similar thing o...

Re: Having a little trouble installing mods

Why don´t you simply copy lines 70 till 90 from the mod script and paste them here so that we can have a look at it? ;)

Re: Having Trouble With A Mod

If you look at the first error you mention in this thread and the change in your MOD script suggested by Nightrider you´ll see that you can apply exactly the same change at this point, only substituting L_ICQ_NUMBER by L_AIM and ICQ by AIM . You see? I expect more similar errors to show up, they wou...

Re: Having Trouble With A Mod

Hello Nightrider, I just wonder, if you suggest this, # #-----[ FIND ]------------------------------------------ # <tr> {L_ICQ_NUMBER} <td {ICQ} </td> </tr> , what does this imply for EM? Will EM only work when finding exactly this or apart from {L_ICQ_NUMBER} <td {ICQ} </td> might there be more bet...
