Re: [RFC] This been tested for blind users?

IE these issues are created based on bad semantics and coding in prosilver these will/should be fixed in the revamp of the theme I am working on, all images are being removed and replaced with full css/text based buttons for the navigation and as for the print, rezise, etc.. all icons are added via ...

Re: Prosilver Overhaul/Modernization

It has been a long time any discussion or progress has been posted here so I thought about doing a small update here on what was decided so far. Through discussing this with igorw I have come to understand the template system a little better and we realized that the planned structure would not work ...

Re: [RFC] Show New Topic Button on Viewtopic

From an aesteic view adding this to prosilver looks horrible unless we adopt a drop downapproch similar to other forums it doesn't fit in the theme to have more than one button

Re: [RFC] Stop Supporting Subsilver

im happy with the decision to keep subsilver supported in 3.1, since i use subsilver myself. However, for 3.2 I would not be mad if you would stop supporting subsilver, in fact i think its a good idea, subsilver is based on tables for the layout which is out of standards anyway. Maybe someone just ...

Re: Reputation | may I suggest to make it built-in with phpB

I do not feel it is necessary as David has pointed out it is more suited to a mod However something that might be useful on a similar line of thinking is solved topics as they tend be be useful since almost all forums have a section dedicated to support of some kind

Re: Reconsider template info

The removing of the topics and posts from the board index would in fact not make the forums appear dead, these are in fact arbitrary numbers as was pointed out, and for one we still have the forum image that symbolizes there are unread posts. I myself look at this and the title or latest post fields...

Re: New Smiles

From a design standpoint the current smilies are in fact still above the bar compared to other smiles used through out the web. As for the white pixels this is because the they are circular in nature and other than using pngs its quite difficult but not impossible to make them look correct. However ...

Re: "Dynamic" styling

not sure this is something that should be added into the software. Sounds more like a mod and a very easy one at that create a variable in common that gets the current date through php's then in your template define a variable = the dates you want to change and compare the two

Re: Prosilver Overhaul/Modernization

Ok so further analysis of what I am proposing thanks to a suggestion by igorw and a better understanding of the goal of the RFC process after watching the Libertyvasion event I have realized that this project really needs to be broken down into several tickets. I am however a little unclear as to we...
