I would recommend to remove bottom panel (currently showing "body p span") - We will not need it using BBCode as well as majority of users do not know what does this even mean...

Re: [RFC] Q&A plugin by default

-1 As callumacrae said, if you set default questions, many boards will keep those questions, and it is pretty simple for bots to know answers for them. Setting reCaptcha as refault is also weird, because you force user to go to external site (recaptcha.com). However it seems like no other way is pos...

However, I would keep disabling possible and add this as a new option. In fact, it is not just about posting, what can make problems when updating; also sessions, etc...

Re: [RFC] Javascript Preview

+1 I have already been working on one preview parser parsing BBCodes (tribalwars ingame messages) and JavaScript is just enough to parse all available BBCodes. Also custom BBCodes created by user though ACP would not be problematic, I think. I cannot see any problem with any BBCode. Maybe could be q...

Re: one of my pet peeve, url bbcode et al

I think this idea is not of the best, because personally, I hate sites pop-uping javascript's alert - it prevents from selecting text on current page (at least on current page); however, it would not be the worst idea to partially change parsing of this BBCode, so that [url=]http://google.com[/url] ...

Re: [RFC] LESS CSS

+1 for LESS My 2 cents: Use LESS to build the CSS during development. However, compile it and distribute the compiled CSS with phpBB 4. It isn't fair to ask users to learn yet another coding language. In fact, is it fair to ask users to learn Symfony? LESS is pretty like CSS - in addition, you can s...
