The only way to do it would be to edit the correct template file... as far as I know, there's no hard-coded way in phpBB (2 or 3) that allows for this...

Just as a bit of elaboration and clarification: a MOD for phpBB (vanilla) probably wouldn't work with *nuke anyway...
