I got the idea that there will never ever be a supported/official script beta-to-beta or beta-to-final. There will be a script from 2.0.x to 3.0.0. Plus, probably the upgrade path is already open from 3.0.b3 forth, but will not go backwards (beta2-beta1). In other words, beta2 and previous are dead ...

nope, if u see the dates between Beta 2 and 3 you should know a hint behind it ^^. the release of gold is around the 1st third of the year. probably.
