so basicly the founder has admin rights but canot be banned or deleted

hey is ther any difference between the founder status an the admin status it says here New founder status for the board creator does the founder have more rights than the admin or is ther no difference between those two???? an other question: what is the Moderator Control Panel is this a new feature...
