hanakin wrote: Tue Jun 30, 2020 3:48 am But the fact is Icons have changed you will have to live with it or just change overall header in you custom style to use version 4!
I would suggest to live with it instead of forcing the use of version 4, that would break some new extensions which will be based on FA5 icons only.

You cross-posted the same question at phpBB . com, may I ask why you need this kind of info?

Re: Post Options Suggestion

Are you suggesting to change the original wording to something like

Do not automatically convert URLs to links or simply Disable URLs?

Re: phpBB 3.3.1-RC1 released

You only need to add font-weight: 900; to your CSS, like .forum_read_subforum::before { content: '\f1b3'; color: #333333; font-family: 'Font Awesome 5 Free', 'Font Awesome 5 Brands'; position: absolute; top: 22%; font-size: 25px; left: 15px; font-weight: 900; } Has been said here also: Back to fonta...

Re: phpBB 3.3.1-RC1 released

The only strange thing is that a few icons are displayed. And that's why you get the idea that it's a bug in 3.3.1 and post it here. Again, there are no bugs about FA5 and its transition as far as I can tell, it's all about studying FA updates. phpBB 3.3.1-rc1 correctly shows its icons even if some...

Re: phpBB 3.3.1-RC1 released

Your problems with your styles will probably be the same as the other authors when 3.3.1 is released. So take your time and wait, once the release is official you can ask for support in the dedicated forums on the official website (.COM). On the other hand, there are no bugs about FA5 and its transi...

Re: phpBB 3.3.1-RC1 released

Ah I see, I blamed that file:

https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb/commit/6 ... 80beb78c73

Indeed this bug will break a lot of extensions. :geek:
I wanted to test it on MySql 5.7.x as I said on discord but everything is clear now, thx.

Re: phpBB 3.3.1-RC1 released

It's a syntax error in SQL query so not MySQL 8 specific. That's a blocker for 3.3.1 release I guess.
