How? Use a captcha mod or make your users register. If you think about how that spam takes place there's no way for the code to determine its spam if you don't use a captcha or something... Otherwise its just like someone has legitimately submitted data... All it does is fill out the <form> informat...

Re: How Many More Schema Changes?

There's a reason that you are discouraged from using it live... and theres a reason its not supported. It will undergo as many as necessary would be my guess. If it was perfect they would never have to change it... thus I would assume that it will change as needed...

Re: DIV tables

Er, unless this is in reference to tabular data... 1- It won't make sense to use a table tag in the first place (come on folks, get with the times, its called CSS) 2- It wouldn't make any more sense to use a <div> tag with table css applied to it.... unless it was tabular in which case it should've ...

Re: Consensus on Attachment Extensions..

I still say that it should be possible for the admins to allow *any* filetype, at their discretion. Admins are already capable of causing many security issues in other aspects of the forum, so why should they be crippled by an artificial limitation in this area? In phpBB 2, the admins could enable ...
