Re: Beta 1 is coming out june 23rd

Congratulations to all the team members - both current and previous - on their commitment over the last several years in getting this out. It definately hasn't been easy, but you've all done an absolutely fantastic job :)

Re: "Goto" isn't a word.

Not the worst, I don't think. GOTO and GOSUB were great tools for BASIC coders when used properly. For example, careful coders for Atari 8-bits would put all subroutines at or near the top of the program, since the interpreter would have less code to read to get to the subroutine on execution. Same...

People have already answered and said 'I don't know'. Repeatedly.

Re: Now IF i am reading Bug Tracker correctly Beta should be

Typing "ba.dword" instead of the censored word "badword" is not really bypassing.. The censor's function is to replace exact strings, not strings that almost match.. Actually, it allows the word to be displayed entirely normally. I won't demonstrate here for obvious reasons, but you can check for y...

Re: Now IF i am reading Bug Tracker correctly Beta should be

I just had to go look that one up. Even in the broadest sence of the word, It is not a bug. I vote that the next person to report it gets banned from the bug tracker! There is a feature which doesn't work properly when presented with certain input, ergo it was a bug. If, for example, the permission...

Re: Community Coding Projects Update....?

I can tell you a bit about the Karma System, if you like. Unfortunately, we havn't really managed to get that much done in the months leading up till now, basically because everyone has been extremely busy with other work. This is beginning to swing around however, and we have recently put a fair am...

It increases server load, but decreases the ammount of bandwidth used (with the additional risk of compatability issues).
