A passworded forum does have it's use. For those of you who question it's worth. You have a few people that need information, they don't need to register, as they won't be around. The answer is: Templates. You can put this sort of thing anywhere you wish by adjusting them to your satisfaction. I know this, I hack/modify phpBB on a regular basis. Why don't we put the Who is Online to the top of each individual forums, so its easier to see? I like seeing it, but I need to stress and scroll down each time to the bottom to see whose browsing the forum. A passworded forum is as secure as your login. login.php has confirmation anti-bot code already. The passworded forum is less secure than the login at the present time. I also would like to know how long a session lasts with the passworded forum, does it expire? If so, can it be set at the admin pa...

I highly suggest they add a confirmation code to it, if they are keeping the passworded forum. To avoid bots and cracker progs attacking it.
