made a slight mistake, I think the users entry has to exist in users table because all the modules check for the row, even ldap which shouldn't need it. Oh and if anyone has the abillity to use apache or ldap authentication, could you tell me if it works, because is looks like it might fail, atleas...

Do we have to manually create an .htaccess and .htpasswd file to make this work or could it be because I'm running Apache 2.2.0 and the latest CVS simply doesn't support it? Olympus will only have basic support for warnings. A more sophisticated system (like the one you linked to) might be introduced in version 3.2.
