New features like this will probably not be added into 3.1. We want to get that shipped as soon as possible, so generally only bug fixes and security patches will make it into 3.1. How about including the encoding @charset "utf-8"; at the top of every stylesheet?

I know it's not really needed, but it feels more complete that way :mrgreen:

Printing and emailing a friend about a topic are actions associated with a specific topic so how about moving those icons inside the topic tools dropdown list?

disable directory indexes with .htaccess

Add Options -Indexes (in a commented line?) to the .htaccess at the root?

It may be of help if you or the user forgets to put in place a blank index file.

Again, why use html5shiv?

document.createElement("nameOfElementHere"); creates a block element that will work like a <div>.

Yeah, I saw that at the w3schools site, but is it necessary? I mean what more do we need other than a simple "createElement"?
