well, my browser is english, and i am dutch. most people dont bother to set their browser language. though I agree with you that a lot of people might not care, I remember there are still people which do not speak english fluently and love to use programs/websites which offer their native language....

as a matter of fact, most of the phpbb boards viewed with a proper connection load the reply page faster than I can take my hand of the Mouse and hit "End", while most of the people would try to scroll down with the mouse wheel ...

if it is that easy to implement a Quick Reply Mod (and it really is IMO, i set it up twice and it cost me 5 minutes), why bothering about putting it into 2.2?
