Okay bolverk now what I'm at a lost and all the new registered users can not get activated unless I manually do so from the ACP I don't follow you...your board emails fine so why do you think you have to manually activate in the ACP? Could you explain a bit more what you mean? :? I'm not understand...

You board is sending emails fine. That means the test was successful and there is no reason the board should not be able to use sendmail for email. Can you take another screencap of your email setting page and post it back here? My Email Setting change to another admin email to see if that works with out the capital letters http://...

Well if you check back here at some point, try running this script to test the php sendmail function on your webserver. test.zip I have attached a zip file that contains a file called test.php. Unzip the file and upload to the root directory of your webhost then run the script in your browser, i.e....
