it went to step 1, when it asks for the ftp file to phpbb2 what is it askin for, the http://www.turbot-bird.com/board that is where the forum files are

I have read the read me doc. and downloaded the easymod zip file. unzipped the file made a folder in board/admin for mods so is is board/admin/mods/easymod uploaded all the files to the server. made sure chmod was set to 755 for the entire folder. went to copy http came to http://www.turbot-bird.com...
