Re: Deleting/Reinstalling EM-installed MODs after phpbb upgrade
Thanks! I idumped the whole darn thing, though, so I'm thinking about just installing the whole 2.0.22 package and then figuring out how to "connect" it to my database via phpMyAdmin. Haven't worked with it yet, so I'm entering new territory.

Re: Deleting/Reinstalling EM-installed MODs after phpbb upgrade
Wow... didn't realize 2.0.6 was that old. I assumed it was maybe months out-of-date, or maybe even up to a year, but certainly not years . Being that my host company installs that version as a "free" little perk, they're probably not too worried about giving us the most up-to-date version,...

Re: Deleting/Reinstalling EM-installed MODs after phpbb upgrade
No doubt.... The other day, the whole darn thing wouldn't work, so I had to uninstall it completely and then reinstall it, but when I went to reinstall it, the 1st of 4 installation pages wouldn't even come up. My host company has been "working on" fixing it for 4 days now. Meanwhile, I ha...

Re: Deleting/Reinstalling EM-installed MODs after phpbb upgrade
I did repost in the appropriate place, but thanks for the reply.... My forum is actually very new; my host company offers phpbb installation as a perk, but they install 2.0.6. So it was installed within the last couple of weeks, at which time I installed MODs that I found at phpbb.com and then did t...

Deleting/Reinstalling EM-Installed MODS After Upgrading to v
I recently upgraded my phpbb from version 2.0.6 to 2.0.22. EasyMod was apparently not affected and is visible on the admin panel after upgrade. I had 5 MODs installed via EM prior to the upgrade that are not working and I need to reinstall them. The EM history shows, however, that they are already i...

Problem Installing quick_admin_options
I tried installing the Quick Administrator User Options and Information MOD via EasyMOD and received the following critical error: FIND FAILED: In file [admin/admin_ug_auth.php] could not find: $mode = htmlspecialchars($mode); MOD script line #121 :: FAQ :: Report Apparently a MOD I previously insta...

Re: New permissions screen discussion..
Sorry, couldn't resist the laughter part ;) Then I guess shouldn't tell you about how I banned myself the other day. 8O Now you can laugh. Actually it was some glitch with the CrackerTracker MOD; banned everyone and anyone who tried to access the board. I learned about toolkit.php a little too late...

Re: New permissions screen discussion..
Hi all... I think this is along the same vein.... What I'm looking for is a way to make a member a moderator of just one "topic," not the entire forum in which that topic exists. I want to create a category where a user can open his/her own topic to use as a "blogspot." They woul...
