i think small mods, there would be no problem. but for the bigger ones there could be a lot of template changes.

yes it is the best way to do it, editing the PHPBB 3.0 style , but for releasing your style i think u have to wait for RC release.

there would be very less difference between beta and RC interms of style.

i think there would be many styles for PHPBB3.0 , lets wait and see.

yes that would happen but would take atleast 4-5 yrs from now, there would major changes in PHP. i think there is hardly enough functions left out in php to come out with PHPBB 4.0

well we are in process of making a theme for PHPBB 3.0, i think there would be not much difference in making styles for beta and RC. Beta2 is good and next must an RC release.

phpbb is the best of all. VB has a ton of feautes, IPB is a crap and SMF is worthless in comparing with us and others.
