Re: Recent Posts modification

Hi there. This is not the place to post this. It should go on phpbb.com/community. Also we don’t do modifications anymore since 3.1. They are now extensions. And finally there is already an extension that does all that:

Re: [NEW THEME] 4. JS frameworks & approach

You can argue the same thing if somebody decides to use a custom theme, that many extensions might not work with it. No you can't. A custom style might break extensions for maybe a handful of people whereas changing the core style will break extensions for everyone so definitely not the same thing,...

Re: [NEW THEME] 4. JS frameworks & approach

Because it was never intended for either of those versions as has been made clear from the start. Fortunately for the community in general, we aren't just going to slap in a new style to replace the current prosilver without thorough planning as it will have major implications for style and extensio...

Re: [NEW THEME] 4. JS frameworks & approach

Pretty sure the ones created in the past year or two were about the same theme and just broken down into parts for easier decision-making hence the number at the beginning of the topic title. Care to provide some examples of these "many different topics"?

Re: usage of Eval

Maybe for new code and that depends. That file is several versions old dating back to 3.0. The modules system is something that will be rewritten in the future so that might go away at that point if it's found to not be needed or can be done some other way.

Re: Releasing 3.2.3

Not bizarre at all. That pull request hasn’t been merged. Not sure why it’s being changed since it isn’t even representing prosilver in the screenshots.
