Go to User permissions in the ACP. For the user you want to edit, select "Admin permissions" in the dropdown box.

Have you installed any other BBCode before this one? Please post the installation instructions file for this bbcode so that someone can help you better.

If you have phpBB3, then it has an attachment system by default. If you have phpBB2, then you can install the Attachment MOD.

What's the problem? Have you uploaded Easymod into the correct directory?
