Initially I was wondering where the files were actually changed - at the server or the harddrive. I understand now that it only happens at the server level and then those files have to be downloaded back to the harddrive to overwrite the originals at the HD level.

Re: What files are changed?
Thanks for the info.
However, the files on my harddrive do not get changed. This could cause a problem down the road when I need to alter a file and the actual relevant file is on the server, not the harddrive.
How do we solve this problem?

What files are changed?
So, does EasyMOD change the files on my hard-drive and then ftp them up into place or does it just change them at the server? I'm confused on this point. I ran EasyMOD on my updates (2.0.17 - 2.0.18, .18 - .19 and .19 - .20) and it seemed to have been successful, but I'm running through the .17 - .1...

.MOD - How to upload it
Well, I have successfully downloaded .zip files to my hard drive and then uploaded them - with the correct folder name - via ftp to my host.
BUT, how do I do the same with .mod files?
Thx,
