I thought there would be two (admittedly minor) advantages to my method:

- You don't add unnecessary chars to the URL when the user has a cookie
- You can put URLs directly into templates and have any SID value added, without having to edit the .php file

So how does it work exactly? Every URL is gonna have ?sid= after it. If the user doesn't have a cookie, then the session ID appears after that. Any other query string parameters get added afterwards?
