Odd, my FTP program said it was already set to 777.

However, I set it to 755, left it a moment then set it back to 777, and low and behold it works 8O .

This is officially driving me nuts. Do you have any idea on a timeframe? I deleted the folders a good 10-15 minutes ag, and the message is still there.

The problem being of course, I have deleted the install and contrib folders
