Personally, I like the vBulletin Calender System. It is done beautifully. However what I don't like about vBulletin it that it's hard to use, overpriced, and crammed with needless features. Mabye it is true that vBulletin has more features then phpBB, but they cram so many useless things in it it's ...

They have older download versions over at SF.net.

I never saw phpBB 1.0.0. Thats really old.

I think that since phpBB 2.0.x phpBB has been the best around.

COPPA? Its something like Child, something... I forget.

I've noticed down time, however it is not frequent and is usually only for a few minutes. Never longer than 5 minutes.
